Returning after dark it is extremely difficult to visually identify the car park alpha type from the bus. The bus driver did not call out the car park ident so most passengers were frustrated.

No problems leaving my car there but when picking it up we put our ticket in and £125 fee come up on the ticket screen. It was easily rectified but didnt recognise my number plate

This might have been a score of, except for the bad experience collecting my car. Your instruction state to follow signs at the airport for Buses and Coaches. The only signs I saw relating to buses said to go down to level "O". Yes, there were bus stops there, but no sign of "Long Term South" buses. Several other bus drivers/airport staff didn't have a clue (even the couple of English ones I managed to find) until I was eventually advised to go back up to the next level, and finally I was advised to look outside from that level. having already been delayed by an hour by my EasyJet flight, it was finally.30 am when I reached the car park.
