on our return from holiday the bus driver drove like a madman and didn't tell us which car park he was in and everyone was trying to see out of the bus to check signs. it was half one in the morning so this made it more difficult. only complaint

The booking process was simple, however, the price I got online and the price I got via the mobile app were completely different. It was cheaper to book online than via the app for exactly the same dates and times.

when we returned to Gatwick we were asked to pay £125.00 as the computer didn't recognise us. We had to produce the receipt and eventually they let us through

Car park was very well sign posted and easy to find. There were amply parking spaces and the bus arrived very quickly for the 4 minute transfer to the terminal

All fine and straight forward. Its good to know exactly where you parked your car, because its difficult at night to find if you haven't. Suggest taking a photo with your phone!!

Very pleasent bus drivers both on leaving and returning. Excellent service. Obviously I wish it was cheaper, but it's fair and we will continue. Only ever misplaced our car once when we (my wife) incorrectly wrote our parking lane down. It's a good idea to photograph your bus stop and lane.

Our transfer from the airport in Rome did not arrive until I had made 3 phone calls so we waited half an hour when could have got straight one of the taxis at half the price.

directions were great, found the carpark straight away. entrance nice and clear and directions to the nearest parking spaces easy to find. Bus stops nice and clearly marked. Ride into the terminal quick and easy. Would definitely recommend and will use again

Only thing wrong was on pulling up to barrier to enter car park machine did not show my reg number no intercom lucky no cars behind reversed out went to next barrier no problem told bus driver answer it will get sorted other than that perfect
