didn't see any signs for car park until . followed right on top of it. followed directions given but ended up in a village, so went back to Sat Nav, got there in plenty of time.

Returning at night was a nightmare! Somebody should look at the signage. No one knew where to get off the bus. The driver wasn't helpful. Exit sign had no direction.

Everything was OK when we arrived we expected to get a token for when we returned when we didn't we reversed. When a busdriver told us to just drive through we tried again. Barrier wouldn't lift so pressed for help was told we had entered. Explained what happened and the guy let us in.Explain about how to enter when booking. The staff are very helpful

Everything was great.As a personal preference I would prefer bigger signs as you approach the airport and maybe a roof protecting the vehicles above the parking spaces.Apart from these everything was great.Thank you!

Not informed that the "entry Port" did not issue ticket upon arrival and upon return to EMA had not been informed that Bus Pick-up point had been moved to another location. Otherwise faultless.

The barrier recognised the number plate,but no token or ticket was given to me to use it on the way out. However,the barrier was lifted when I exited the car park, so I never had to ring for assistance. No problem. The staff was helpful, inform me where to pick the bus from on the way back and he also picked me up from the road as soon as I parked my car, than leaving me behind to wait for the next shuttle bus.

Maybe a few lights in the graveled area of jet parks one for late night arrivals etc. But for 30 pounds for a weeks parking. Can't complain.
