Flight cancelled due to French Air Traffic Control strike, arrived on next available flight 2 days later near midnight. When exiting car park, the barrier did not open, I had tried to contact via help link to no avail, had to find credit card to pay £30 for the extra '3' days This was not a real issue, but I was not expecting to have to pay at the barrier, fortunately only 1 car was waiting behind.

yes but we found that many of the cars on the car park had not been correctly parked between the lines and we were ages riding around the car park to try and found a safe position for our vehicle

Buses are not destination signed from the side, only the front. several people got on the wrong airparks bus. thankfully our bus driver took us all to our respective parking. he didnt have to. a top man. any delay at 1.30 am is not good. you see the airparks bus you assume its going to all airparks carparks. everything else was top draw thank you. more than happy to book with Holiday Extra again.

Bus was over full with no help/organisation offered. You must know how many people you are expecting of fights due in. Then to top it off the driver had to call someone to open the barrier into Jet 1 car park just to add to the uncomfortable ride we had from the airport turmoil.

All went smoothly - except the barrier at the car park couldn't be opened (loss of electricity supply) when we were on the courtesy bus going to the airport. Driver had no means of raising the barrier - so some time lost waiting for transfer!! However all fun of travelling :)

The car park was easy to access. The transfer and pick up arrangements to and from the airport were efficient and dropped us off/collected us right outside the departures/arrivals lounges.

The facilities were better than described in that the check in procedure required me to take a ticket on entry and use it for exit. In fact number plate recognition did the job, but did cause me a little anxiety as the procedure was not as described. Altering the written procedure to coincide with the practice would help.

Possibly the signage to the car parks could start as soon as you enter the airport We struggled a bit but quickly found where we needed to be Parked went to the bus stop and a bus arrived within minutes dropped us at departure door Same when came back Out of arrivals straight to bus stop Again within minutes a bus arrived dropping us pretty close to our car Absolute breeze Would do it again no problem it takes all the hassle away just what you need as holidays cause enough stress Thank you
