I am very upset and will call later as I booked the parking using our flight details, but on leaving the carpark were charged an extra £10, it was your system that generated the time we required the parking for

The holiday was great. The only negative points were the toilets at the swimming pool, no hand rail, steps very slippery. The chap working in the pool side cafe / bar VERY rude and obnoxious. Otherwise a great holiday.

I had to amend my booking slightly and added a couple of hours which was extremely pricey in comparison to the original cost (nearly as much for 2 hours as it was for the whole booking which i think takes advantage)

Encountered few problems didn't recognise our registration number plate so barrier would not go up we had to call for help and then shuttle buses took longer collecting people it was half term so very busy

Everything went smoothly. The instructions regarding taking a ticket need to be updated as tickets are no longer issued. We did wonder if we would be allowed to exit without a ticket. The registration recognition works perfectly so no ticket was required.
