Bit confusing when you arrive as it's operated differently to other car parks because there is no one on site and you don't have to drop your keys off at all. Could be a bit better lit with more info on what you do after you've parked. All in all quite simple though. Could have a specifically identified zone for finding your bus when you return to the airport after your holiday

Very helpful staff, good service only waited a few minutes for bus, when departing and arriving, easy to find, wish the car park spaces were a little wider but that is the only gripe.

Good car park, easy to find, the bus is regular and stops frequently.The price is very competitive considering that on site parking is quite expensive and busy. The last time we used EM we parked on site and had a 10 walk to gates. So Jet 1 was easier and door to door.

The booking system was easy to use. Number plate recognition worked on entry and exit. The bus transfer didn't take too long. The only negative was that the parking spaces were on the small side so getting cases in and out of the rear doors had to be done out of the space.

The only down side was the driver on the return we had 4 suitcases 2 young children and a pushchair and he didn't open the middle doors we had to struggle past every1 down the bus and he almost drove off before we had all the stuff off the bus!

Easy parking ,smooth bus transfer to terminal within 5 to 10 mins . Straight on to bus on arrival , no queuing and back st car within 10 mins
