The car registration didn't work when we approached the barrier so had to press the button to get assistance. The operator was efficient and opened the barrier after asking a few questions. The machine issued a token for the exit barrier on our return.The bus service was quite quick in arriving on the outbound flight. On the return flight the bus was waiting and was very full but no problem. It was about a 10 minute bus ride. The token was inserted into the machine and the barrier lifted. No real complaints, apart from being a 10 minute bus ride away which I've never experienced at East Midlands because I normally park within walking distance. It wouldn't put me off using again.

The car park itself was literally just a patch of gravel. Very difficult to find a space due to there being few marked bays and people parking over two spaces due to lack of indication of where the bays were.

There were no staff, and we were at s loss of what to do, we have never experienced that before, but once we knew what to do, it was s bit better, what you need to go is explain in depth what you have to do when first arrived.

Everything was as described. The directions to jet parks were accurate and easy to find. Finding a parking space was probably the only complaint as people hadn't parked correctly so space was limited and there wasn't anybody to oversee the parking.

Everything went extremely smoothly. The barriers lifted very quickly on entry and exit. Although the car park was quite full we found a space, made a note of the nearest Bus Stop and Row letter and found our car easily on return.
