I did not get a ticket from the machine on arrival at the barrier as described in your letter but the barrier opened so I drove through, so I expected problems leaving but the barrier lifted and I drove off with no problems, perhaps you need to update your letter.

Arrived using the directions provided with no problem, found a space right next to the bus stop. Bus arrived within a few minutes and off we went to the airport. When we returned a bus was already there and took us straight back, absolutely hassle free

The bus did not turn up at our bus stop, so we walked across to another bus stop and a member of staff told us it had broken down and another one was on it's way shortly so we got that one. The member of staff was very helpful.

Signposted very well. Bus stops visible. Waiting time as stated and duration of journey. Easily accessible with automatic barriers. Just took us a while to find a car parking space and surface not easy with luggage.

The barrier at JetParks 1 did not recognise my car's number plate, but this was easily resolved. However, I was surprised that you do not have a hotline to JetParks - your agent had to ring the published number and join the queue like everyone else!

Found it hard to find, the staff un helpful n slow. When i got on the bus to go to airport, realise i left my bag my car with passport. The busdiver wont wait, i had to run after the bus and stand in frout to stop it!

So Easy with car recognition, and the big bendy bus to pick up makes the transition from Jet1 to departure great and return. The airport needs bigger signs for Jet 1 & 2 inside as it a different place from buses & coaches Booking early with holiday extras was great & best value

JetParks 1 road surface is poor as are the conditions of the parking bays. Also, bus shelters need enlarging.... and water-proofing!

you cannot book disabled spaces and it made it awkward for my wife who is disabled. if you have disabeled parking it is not signposted

Access to the car park was very easy. Plenty of spaces. One bus was leaving as we arrived but we did not to have to wait long for another. On the way back a bus was already at the terminal so hopped on & straight back to the car. Would definitely use again & recommend.

yes but on my confirmation, it said to wait for a car park ticket which I didn't get as you have a new system which recognise your number plate. but I didn't no this and had to press the button an speak to someone. the confirmation needs updating. the staff member I spoke to was brilliant!

The Jet Parks bus on the return journey, about 13:00, was full. But there was little control at the car park as the people waiting proceeded to board before the people on the bus had left. Very chaotic and the driver wasn't interested.
