The postcode on the email takes you to the airport where I drove into and had to pay £2 to get out of it. My family and I then had to drive around looking for the place , luckily didn't take us to long !

Car park was slightly difficult to find as some roadside signs were covered by overgrown bushes. Would have been useful if parking bays were numbered and assigned, rather than having to drive up and down, hoping to find a space to squeeze into. Buses were frequent and speedy. I would definitely use this service again.

We were the only two who got on the shuttle bus on our return and the driver was busy with trolleys and didn't realise we were on. This delayed us getting back to our car by about 15 minutes which wouldn't normally be a problem but it was quite late.

Super easy to book and pay with clear directions. There was no rushing just total ease getting to the car park and on the bus to the airport even with our baby in the pushchair and our 5 year old too. Definitely recommend and use again.

Bus driver wouldn't wait,step son got there 5seconds before us he asked if could wait.he couldn't we where slower because of our daughter who's very near 8 months pregnant. I drove out of the car park first after reg reconditioned my daughter followed thought she could follow without waiting to be reg to be read.the barrier came down on her car dislodging the barrier .from its mountings we did report it

Due to 27 hour flight delay, we had to pay extra £10 via Visa to get out of car park. There was no alternative option at 1:00 AM on 10/08/16. There was no assistance via the intercom system. We were left to our own devises !!

Excellent facilities and the number plate recognition is very useful at cutting out paperwork and having to visit an office to hand over keys. Very prompt shuttle both ways.

We got there & managed to find a parking space. We set off towards the bus that was waiting, the driver must have seen us but set off anyway so we had to wait for another 20 minutes. When we got on the next bus the driver set off but saw people coming and waited for them. The surface of the car park wasn't ideal & we got bits of gravel caught up in our suitcases as we were pulling them and they hurt your feet too.
