hotel was lovely & staff where helpful.. our rep in kalithea named CHEZ was excellent at her job, very efficient, excellent time keeper & to top it all off, she saved me 147 euro's on a 10 day car hire deal she negotiated on my behalf.. one of the best "IF NOT THE BEST"rep we have ever dealt with.. please forward our praise to her for us kevin and carrol wilcox

On returning our car wouldn't start asked several members of staff if they could help but was told they weren't allowed to. Why? Return bus driver seemed quite miserable

Reasonable value compared to other major airports and able to keep keys but that's where it ends really. Poor sign posting and it just seems as though it takes SO long on the bus to go around other car parks...the longest connection I've ever had and I'm quite well travelled.

Parked up without any hassle and picked up lovely. One driver who we were on the same bus of last year is so miserable and found it a pain to open the door after we had just landed tired and cold.

Our flight was delayed which ran over the allotted time period 4 my car I was unsure if I would get a fine but the bus driver reassured me that I should be ok. The buses was as described as in time gaps between them so overall very happy and would use again

Parked up quickly. Buses ran regularly to airport. On way home. Bus was waiting immediately. Unavoidable breaking down of bus however a replacement was found quickly.

Incorrect booking in date. We were flying out on the 25th but booking was from the 24th as this was a last min booking I was not aware of this until the 24th pm. I believe I paid for the extra day but was not offered a refund for this unnessesary day.

car park spaces a little small although my car received no damage i was a little concerned whilst i was on my holiday as car park damage to my car is one of my pet hates apart from this minor issue no problem

Paid for express check through, but found we were intergrated into the normal flow, which was a little hit & miss. Held up for some time, as security tended to be a little lapse in resolving a baby gel pre air side. Understandable that security is paramount, but felt feet were dragged a little.
