Entry to car park went smoothly however on exit refused to acknowledge and lift barrier. Sorted out by staff after speaking on intercom

Staff were helpful as I went to the wrong car park. More clearer signs both to get to the car park and on the car park would be beneficial.

The card details dont identify you although the invoice indicates what will appear. the in and out of the car park was faultless, spoilt by being told that the collection would be outside arrivals and indentigied as such but in fact collection was in the usual place at the skytrack collection a wait of mins also spoilt a good service

the massive road works on leaving the M1 were very confusing with some road signes removed not showing your instructed road numbers. I realise that these are not your responsibility but a message of warning would have helped.

More buses on at night. Had to wait around mins for bus from arrivals to car park. Bus was packed solid like sardines which made it very awkward on arrival at bus stop meaning people had to get off bus with their luggage to let others off and then have to get on again. Very inconvenient after a long day travelling with children!!

On our exit we had to speak to someone to get the barrier up,it must have took a few minutes to get through which caused a tail back....the advisor was very helpful and calm,because the barrier was up when we entered it looked as though we hadn't even been in,maybe an email or text asking us about this may have helped the situation as all we wanted to do was get home

didn't know of traffic upheavals arround east midlands airport.Also shuttle bus broke down on return from holidays causing us an hour delay getting onto M1
