arrived at the park, Jet Park 1, drove straight, parked, we were in the airport within 15 mins. Same on the way back. Cant beat that for efficiency. Well done Jet Parks :)

Everything great apart from these new buses without luggage racks. I travel with 2 small children and my elderly mother so restraining all our cases on bus was challenging and a little stressful. Other than that the service was perfect

We love using East Midlands. It's easy to get there, parking with Jet Parks is hassle free, all booked on line. The airport itself isn't too big and waiting to retrieve luggage is quick and efficient.

Very easy transfer, no problems at all. Would definitely use this service again. Even landing at 11.30 at night, the bus was there when we came out and we were soon back at our car. The only thing that could be improved is the directions for finding the car park. A sign near the main airport turning would have been useful.

When flights are cancelled the customer should receive there booking payment back especially when they are only told last thing and couldn't get another flight from the same airport.I bet this comment doesn't get published are you site.I even had to wait 8 days before I got told I've lost my booking payment (DISGUSTING)

We parked in the wrong car park by mistake... all allowances were made for our stupidity. Very thankful after a long journey ... as the company could have been awkward.. but they weren't .

Only developmental feedback is that not all the parking zones were clear making it hard to park. Having rows with letters was good. Otherwise a very good and economical way to park.

We found that the space provided for each car was far too small,making getting in and out very difficult. Tha modern cars are so much larger,so try parking next to 4x4.

On leaving Jet Parks1 at approx 12.30am 17.10.2016 there was line of vehicles unable to exit car park as first car required assistance. No-one was available. Shuttle bus driver going in opposite direction said it was not manned at night !!!

Automatic entry and exit perfect. Bus transfers prompt; return driver very helpful in loading cases for easy exit on a crowded bus.

As I was late booking the parking I could only get into this car park. It was sign posted well and I quickly found a place to park as I approached the bus another lady passenger walked beside us and as we approached the empty bus within 10 meters the driver waved to us and drove off. Is this the way to treat passengers? incidently the next bus did not arrive for a further 25 minutes and not the 15 as advertised.

No it did not. Having prebooked our parking we got into carpark ok but when we tried to leave on our return the gate would not open and we had to pay another £10 to get out which I would like refunded please.

On our return there was no bus and we were kept waiting outside for too long until it came. Is there no way the buses can be co-ordinated with the flight arrivals, especially at night and in the autumn/winter.

The only thing wrong was when we arrived the barrier did not go up,we pressed the call button & the name you had was not ours.(don't know what went wrong there) but was soon rectified.
