Staff very helpful and all went smoothly. I would have appreciated being advised that the jet 1 park was being used for the download festival though. The bus driver informed us of this and having to move to jet 2 and struggle to find a space caused us unnecessary delay arriving at the terminal building. An e mail or other notification from yourselves beforehand would have been helpful.

We gad booked months ago, no problems. I them had a text whilst i was on holiday to say that my car had been moved!!! We got back in the country to be told that the airport transfer bus no longer stopped at our carpark

The number plate recognition didn't work when we arrived but the staff answered the intercom quickly and let me in and issued a token for my exit after the holiday so they were helpful

Directions to the car park could have been made easier. Post code directs you direct to the airport and we ended going through the Drop off and paying £2 to get to the car park.
