I was disappointed to witness a young couple on returning,asking for assistance at the barrier,because their car wouldn't start. They were told to call the AA ,which they weren't members of. my car started but,if this is the norm,I may be reluctant to use this service.

Arrival went smoothly, departure not so smooth, but it was raining so I assume there was a problem with number plate recognition. Able to get assistance and leave the car park after a few minutes.

Everything ran smoothly, the bus was waiting as soon as we left the airport which helped as it was raining!! Found a parking space easily. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Even though we had hor delay we came to the barrier told the attendant the problem and she promptly let us out .Plenty of spaces to park and regular buses to pick you up.

I have used this facility on numerous occasions and have recommended it to others. The buses run very frequently and the drivers are fine. The only thing on this visit that in return the car parked next to me was so close that I had to climb over the passenger seat to get in, fortunate I am fit enough to do this.

The bus driver who met flight TOM on June landed at 4pm could do with driving lessons. Very erratic, going too fast around bends and braking too quickly. Suitcases rolling around bus and people having to hold on extremely tightly. Never experienced this before with Jetparks and hope I never do again.

We were very impressed with how easy it all was and had no problems finding a parking space. The only suggestion I would make was that my husband is disabled and I thought that there would be allocated disabled bays nearer to the bus stop.

All was good just one complaint was the female bus driver on the bendy bus on they way back to the car park, she must have thought she was on the race track next door, it was very hard whilst standing up to keep upright and keeping an eye on what the suitcases were doing...

We had had a message from you that our car park had changed from Jet Park 1 to 2,no problems at all though,very easy to find and drove straight in,transport to airport prompt and very quick.

Not your problem but Jet Parks 1 was closed when we got there due to it being used for a festival at nearby Donington Park. Nobody was there to say we were allowed in to Jetparks 2 as an alternative. However I just tried it and the computer camera had obviously been programmed to let us in- if only we knew!!

Yes everything went very smoothly. Our booking was changed to jetparks 2 but there weren't any problems. Our reg number was recognised and we entered and exited the carpark fine

The only blip was when we arrived at Jet Parks 1 at 4.00 in the morning the barrier didn't rise & we were told we had been moved to Jet Parks 2 but it was quickly resolved.

There was a problem getting out of the car park, the camera would not recognise my registration, I think this was because you had changed me from jetparks1 to jetparks2
