The gate opened on demand and after driving round a bit we found a parking place. The buses into the airport was good both ways and the gate opened on demand to leave. All in all everything was ok.

Access to parking area was swift and within 3 minutes the bus to air terminal arrived. On return again a bus arrived within a few minutes and the driver was very welcoming explaining/directing passengers to the right bus for their parking area. I will definately be using this service again.

The car park said my agreement expired 13’00 on the 17th I booked from the 10th to the 17th knowing that we didn’t land until midnight I booked a late arrival to over my late arrival wrong

Parking was easy to get to and straight forward to get in and out with number plate recognition.Buses were quick to arrive both ways.The only little thing is that if you have a big car the spaces were very tight to get into and had to drive around for a while to find one that would fit my car.

We had no problems gaining admission to Airpark 1 at East Midlands Airport via the number plate recognition system, we found a parking place without any trouble. The transfer bus arrived within minutes, the driver was very pleasant and helpful. The return transfer was just as trouble free. We would have no hesitation in using this service in the future.

On leaving the car park there was a exit sign which was big and visable but did not have any arrows to show which way you should go.

Very easy to book online. Entrance to the car park 1 barrier was easy to find and it recognised my number plate. However a sign was needed the other side, to indicate where to drive, at 4am this was not obvious, as there's another barrier which accesses car park 2, which at that time of the morning I found confusing. Once I found the actual car park, it only took a couple of minutes to find a space. Shuttle bus to the airport arrived quickly. Smooth running of the buses to and from the airport. No damage to my car, during its stay. Exit barrier opened with no problem. Will definitely use again and would recommend to others.

Changed car details 1 week before but wouldn't let me in or out of car park. Had to spend 5 mins with a very helpful attendant to sort this that shouldn't of happened. Good job I remembered my old reg number , this upset myself and partner before and after the holiday= not good

There was nothing wrong with the carpark, but upon our return at approx, we couldn't get out, and nobody was there. There was a big build up of vehicles from flights which didn't help. Having spoken to whoever was on the other end of the telephone, he told me my surname, asked if that was correct, and lifted the gate. The element of sucurity was lost!

Very easy to find and close to the airport, the bus service is very regular and very quick. The bus drivers were very kind and patient and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Clean and tidy car park with large signs showing the bus stops and parking location. Overall brilliant and cheapest around. Would definitely book again.

The holiday was lovely our cars we safe a long way to get to but that was OK shaff we didn't see them bus driver going was fine but when we came back was she was rube and she drove erratic

On arrival we waited over 30mins for our bus connection to terminal building due to the bus apparently breaking down. Although we managed to get on our flight, it was a tight experience.

The surface of the car park is unbelievable just mud and rocks and very hard to find a space. On exit the barrier didn’t rise and had to call to get out staff member needs to learn some manners

I was told by one of your email communication that I would get a ticket from the machine on entry to the car park and that I was to retain this ticket till my return. In fact you had installed number plate recognition, I was never informed of this causing confusion, bad!

Great process in place, which works well. Sign posts highlighted, and bus drop off point easy to identify Bus service frequent and the 15 minute service interval is manageable within your check in or arrival. Regards H Dhami

We had trouble getting out of the barrier. The info we got when we booked said just drive to the barrier and it will open but it didnt we had to press the intercom and give out our reg number and there was a queue as obviously your other customers were unaware of this too.

Awful experience from start to finish. Jet parks 1 East midlands airport. queue of vehicles on arrival as neither the in or out barrier would open. the bus had barely any space for peoples cases and then broke down still in the car park so everybody had to wait and transfer to another bus, no communication telling passengers what was happening. on our return the bus had even lass space for luggage than the first one, people tripping over cases in the aisle. an absolute joke apart from the fact that it wasn`t funny at all.

Lovely resort. Very isolated which is sometimes nice. We rented a car and did some island touring which I would definitely recommend. Only takes 1.5 hours to drive down to the south coast. All facilities are at the resort but a little expensive as there is no other option. Buses to local towns are great too. Overall lovely. Not all pools are filled, some have been built and never used like many of the apartments. Very windy too, we slept downstairs on sofa bed as was so windy the upstairs shutters kept banging but was too light to sleep with them open. Can not complain about weather, north of island is just windy (not a breeze as many describe, it's windy!) Take a jacket!!

Starting with parking, arrived at car park and was a breeze! Arrival at airport lounge was fabulous with excellent facilities! Transfer from airport to hotel was also easy and well planned, this was then just as easy for the return transfer to airport, very good service all round. Thank you

Booked car park. Struggled to find a space. Due in part to some poor parking by others. But did find a space. Car was still there and in one piece can't expect more. One grumble there were huge puddles to be negotiated around the car after really bad wet spell.

Upon our return we got on the wrong bus in attempting to get to "Jet Parks 1" at EMA. Our fault I know, but signage was not obvious, and we were tired after our journey. Just a thought, but perhaps bus drivers could announce, or ask people on entry which car p[ark they require. Our driver was however courteous and returned us to the bus stop so we could catch the correct bus.
