Booked Siam Park tickets before going on holiday. Everything went smoothly and has planned, will definitely use again.

I paid an additional 16.00 for the fast lane service for my parking however there were no instructions or signage at the airport on where to go. Having driven round for 20mins we gave up and just parked in the jet parks 1 car park. Pretty disgruntled.

Sorry, could not find the car park. Ended up paying again in the short stay. Nearly missed the flight but luckily was not Ryan Air so they got us on.

Yes apart from on my return the barrier did not come up. Assistant could not find my booking. Not good at 1.30am in a morning when tired.

EMA was easy to get to and jetpark1 was signposted clearly. The number plate recognition worked when entering but didn’t appear to work when exiting jetpark 1 at approx 11:30pm on Friday 27th which caused delay which wasn’t desireable when travelling with a 4 year. We parked near bus stop 1 and was lucky enough to get there just before the bus, the bus did take approx 10-15 mins as stated

Absolutely no complaints from us. First time using JetParks and it was so easy I wouldn't hesitate to use again! We had 3 young children and a baby in a buggy and we never once felt rushed getting on or off the bus. Parking was easy with plenty of spaces for us. 10/10

Staff was ok i was bit confused when we arrived back looking for the car but turned out ok the registration recognition didn't work on our vehicle soon remedied by manually opening the barrier

I am disabled but the hotel we were at does not cater for the disabled even the pool I could not get in. Only goy the metal steps to walk down that is it. The meals were alright would go all inclusive again they could have been a bit hotter though.
