Arrived at Jet Park 1 half hour before allocated time. Had no trouble gaining entry, was very full and the spaces are quite compact but we found a good spot. Didn't have to wait 5 mins for the shuttle bus to arrive. On return journey the bus was waiting, we returned to the car and exited the car park again no problems at all. Will happily use next time.

Car park was easy to find, lots of spaces available and well serviced on a bus route. Only downside on the way out was the weather and the stops are not sufficient to not get wet and when travelling your not taking full waterproofs to somewhere hot

We found the car park with very little fuss, and transfer from the car park to the airport was a quick one. On our return journey it was exactly the same.

I had cause to alter my booking online and happily paid the extra amount to do so. However upon my return home I was unable to leave the car park as the alteration had not been passed on to the correct department despite having a copy of my booking with me. I was instructed to pay £60 and sort it out later or park back up and return to the terminal to sort it out with air parks. I was neither willing to pay nor to spend over one hour returning and told the operator as such. He did not seem willing to help insisting that it was my choice. I maintained my stance and eventually the operator found the booking ...Had I not stood my ground it would have been a disastrous end to my holiday. I think there is a training need highlighted here as common sense was not allowed to prevail. I do not believe this would be the first time this has happened and should not be the responsibility of the customer to put it right.

Advertise 10 minute transfer. You don't advertise that buses only run every half hour at 06:00 am. You need to warn people to arrive at least 45 minutes early to use your service.

No trouble with car park itself number plate recognition worked very well, only real problem we had was a seemingly long wait to get picked up on return journey. Although having said that we had a very hassling return journey altogether so any delay late at night is going to seem very long

Was good except buses were ages and there were a lot of people trying to get on one on the return journey. Maybe have more than one driver at busy periods. Seats were blocked by people’s cases. It was better when cases were put in one area. No issues otherwise.

We booked 2 weeks parking for 2 cars at East Midlands Airport parking at Jet Parks 1. Easy to find (Jet Park 2 is right next door) and quick efficient transfer to the airport. No problems exiting - just drove up to the barrier, it lifted and we were on our way.

Everything was as advertised good regular bus service courteous drivers. The thing I really liked is that you get in your car and go queuing for keys etc which was a godsend as it was very busy.

The service we received both on arrival and departure from the car parks to and from the terminal was very good and efficient. The only issue I would like to point out was that the bus we travelled in both to and from the terminal had no proper luggage racks. We have used East Midlands airport car parks on many occasions and we cannot remember travelling on a bus with no proper luggage storage facilities. Hopefully, this can be improved.

Parking good value, easy to use no messing around with cards or leaving car keys, simply drove upto barrier on arrival and departure and the number plate recognition system let us through. The escape lounge was ok, the hot food was a little disappointing to be fair not much choice for the money, might not bother with that again staff weren't very friendly either in the lounge, we purposely used the lounge as our son has asperges and thought it would be quieter for him.

We booked the Jetparks 1 car park online, very easily. There were directions and instructions on how to get there and what to do when we got there which were easy to follow. We didn't have to wait long for a bus to arrive. When we arrived back to East Midlands airport there was a bus waiting and a bus driver directing people on to the right bus for the right car park, which was very helpful. And then the announcements as we approached the car parks ensured we got off at the right place. So all in all a very easy process and will definitely use again.

Buses did take a little while to pick us up at the airport especially as it was 12:30 in the morn and a bit chilly. Had a problem getting out but instructions were clear on print out so new to call and was then fine.

It would have helped if the letter from you (and the park itself), had large bold signs, saying Jet Parks, as returning late at night after a long flight, it's easy to get confused about which park bus you nee to get on, as we did.
