The checking out machine at Doncaster was broken but was easily dealt with by a member of staff by phone. Fortunately no delay to exiting.

I booked airport parking online and recieved confirmation by email with directions and instructions for arrival at the car park. The information was clear,precise and accurate. Everything went smoothly and the facilties were as described. On exiting the carpark I needed to speak to a member of staff who was efficient and helpful.

Yes the airport parking was just as described. The only thing I would critise would be that you park in a particular area such as F, as there are not any row numbers in the dark it is difficult to find your car. Apart from that it was fine.

The Car Park at Robin Hood Airport was as described on the website. The instructions to have your booking reference available was needed as the automatic card identification system was not working on our return.

Airport Parking at Doncaster Unable to amend the start time for parking on the web site had to ring to make sure that no additional charge would be made. Did not recognise my card on departure. Minor irritations - would use holiday extras again.

I booked Car Parking only at Doncaster. When I inserted the debit card I had paid with the barrier did not lift and similarly on my return the barrier did not lift until I had pressed the 'Help' button.

Parked at Robin Hood Airport. Booking, directions and carpark entry instructions clear and precise and no problem. On return had difficulty finding car as zones are so big. Perhaps better marking with zone plus row number would be helpful eg zone A row

Everything is very easy and the car park is only 5 mins walk from the Departure check-in. From collecting our bags when we arrived back at Doncasterwe were back at the car in 10 mins.
