The barrier did not recognise my number plate on entry or exit. On exit we were asked for our booking ref number, which was in my case in the boot of my car, not a pleasant experience having to retrieve the info when we were picked up for our flight at 03.15am The booking experience was find it just did not produce what I expected at the airport

all did not go smoothly, no. the automatic number plate recognition device doesnt work, the car park was almost full, there are no staff to help you (Doncaster sheffield airport car park)

Parking facilities were very good and as we expected as we had ued this service before.However, on leaving the airport the machine would not accept my debit card and this caused a minor delay- easily rectified after speaking with the operator on duty via the intercom system

It was only car parking at the airport and all went smoothly. Previously booked hotel through Holiday Extras and unfortunately had to cancel. They gave me a half back and provided me with a certificate for my insurance company. Everything went so smoothly. There were no 'ifs' or 'buts'. Most impressed and have used them ever since even if it is only car parking,

Entering Doncaster airport was easy but exiting was difficult every car appeared to have problems with ticket machines. We had to call help as machine said ticket invalid.

Car parking at DSA was simple especially with the number plate recognition system.The cost for 11 days was very acceptable. All in all a very good service.

Yes after landing in a snow covered Doncaster Airport 26 hours later than scheduled staff were on hand to help dig out cars and no extra charges were levied

Good value - A little confused about where exactly to park at airport. Thought at first we could have been in a more executive place but it all worked out well in the end and we managed to find a place very close to the entrance for departures .

Booked car parking at Robin Hood Airport with Holiday Extras.Arrived at airport took ticket at barrier, parked car 100yds from terminal entrance and walked into departures. On return, drove to car park exit and pressed help on the barrier, quoted my booking number and we were on our way home inside ten minutes, so simple.
