it was exellent parking and the flight out there was 1st class but on the return we were not told that we only had resort transfares and not hotel so we had to go in a taxi to the pick up hotel even though it was the same bus and driver that picked us up

Couldn't go through barrier without speaking to staff member via intercom as the system was having problems recognizing pre booked credit cards. Delayed exit as most people had to go through this process.

When we were picked up at Faro airport the coach driver didn't seem to know what he was doing, when we arrived in Villamoura, he didn't announce hotels loud enough for anyone to hear. On our return, we were picked up at 6.20am - we didn't fly until 9.55.

Ensuring I read everything before I arrived at the car park so I knew what I had to do at the barrier, everything went swimmingly (except the card recognition wasn't working on departure but someone was on the intercom so no real issue just a minor delay
