excellent entry into car park, just followed instructions from you and straight into parking.on return, delayed 21 hours but told at passport control security to go to exit gate and press intercom button and we would be let out after giving our name.worked very well

Due to the recent weather conditions not did we have our holiday cancelled, but now I have been informed by a member of your staff that I will be unable to get my money back for car parking. I am aware that had our holiday been delayed or an alternative offered and I had cancelled then that would have been my decision to have done so and I would be unable to claim any fee back. As this decision was taken out of my hands as the flight was cancelled altogether I would have thought at the very least you would have offered a voucher for car parking for the next holiday we took. As I would have thought the airport wouldn’t be charging due to it being there fault as they were closed. I know £28-34 does not seem a lot of money , but on top of a cancelled holiday it all adds up to a big disappointment. Having booked car parking & hotels with you company on numerous occasions in the past, this experience will mean me looking to book through alternative agencies. I look forward to your reply.

My flight was cancelled at Doncaster a couple of hours before the check in time. Easy Jet sllowed us to transfer our flights to Manchester free of charge. When I made a call to Holiday Extras I was told I would not get my money back and would not be allowed to transfer it to Manchester either. Thankyou, I won't be using your facilities again.
