Staff and facilities excellent. Access from the bus to the airport building a little far and difficult particularly for elderly people. Steps to carry suitcases down were a little problem, a ramp would benefit.

Everything went smoothly from the momnent we arrived at the car park . The staff were very efficient and helpful. The bus to transfer us to the airport was ready and waiting, so that we were not hanging around, and the cost of this was an absolute bargin. We have used this facility on two occaisions, it was very busy on both the times.We would definatly use this service again.

I used the Airparks Cardiff Park and Ride during my recent holiday. Everything went exactly to plan, the facilities were excellent and the staff couldn't do enough for you. I would certainly use them again!!

staff very helpful and polite. one small thing is the drop off and pick up point at the airport is a good walk from departures and arrivals with some steps involved. other than that no problems.
