All very efficient, would definetly think about using the service again. The only thing I did have a query with was the pricing. I couldn't see what the flexible fare rules were and also I paid an extra insurance for cancellation so wasn't sure what was actually covered within the fare itself.

All staff helpful and pleasnt and polite. Would have liked to have bus pick up every 10 mins has had to wait as just missed one. the bus stop has very little shelter if raining. This is a Cardiff airport issue tho!

The bus stop is a bit far away from the airport especially when it is pouring with rain otherwise I would rate it a 10.

Everything went OK. However the bus pickup was a fair walk from terminal building, if it had been raining heavily we would have been soaked. Also negotiating steps with heavy luggage was an issue. Overall we were happy with the service and we will use it again.

Entertainment very dull.Party of Spanish came in for a weekend and took over the hotel glad it was only the W/E we stayed out all saturday glad it was only the W/E or i doubt we would have coped.

I booked in on the wrong machine.I should have been meet and greet. I realised when i reached the airport, The Bus driver went back and checked at the office and sorted it out, The car was waiting on my arrival. Excellent Customer service and prompt service

staff very helpful when leaving the car, still not confident when arriving and booking in. on return to Cardiff bus was waiting and when full returned all passengers to car park. handed my paper work to lady who promptly gave me my keys, car was straight in front.. simple, thank you.

on return to cardiff there was a 15 minute wait for the bus.at the park our keys were in the attendants hands.when we tried to get out of the park the gates would not open.this caused another delay.

Used carparking at Cardiff Airport. The drop off/pick-up point is some 400 meters from the terminal entrance so you can get very wet in the rain. Staff are very helpfull and plesant.

Very good service, I felt my car was safe your hands. The only complaint I have is the shelters at the airport were not large enough to accommodate all passengers, meaning people were getting wet.
