Better directional signage for Access and Egress for cars in the Car Parking Area is required. The Staff were very professional and efficient at Check-in and at Collection. The Courtesy Buses were regular and prompt.

We arrived back from a warm sunny Malta to a very cold windy England, our only complaint was that we had to wait outside for 15mins, maybe more for the bus to arrive. Would be good if buses could be waiting as passengers arrive. When we departed, we were able to wait inside the building, so no problem.

Very impressed with the parking and registration block. The journey out to the airport was perfect and straightforward however the journey back was extremely congested and very unpleasant

Dropping off car went really smoothly . No queues. Friendly staff.Pick up just as smooth. Car was just a short walk away. Usually have to walk a good distance to find it !

Everything went smoothly on return to collect vehicle, staff were brisk, and we located our car quickly. A few more signs directing users to exit would have helped in the dark, but would be happy to use the service again.
