The new arrangements at Silver Parking Bristol were as good as before Except for the transfers. The buses were not often enough resulting in overcrowding and uncomfortable journeys for those standing.

We had to wait about 20 minutes for a bus to take us back to the car park after our flight but otherwise very good service. Quick and efficient on drop off and pick up back at reception

Parking was very easy. Staff were a little rude to each other which was slightly uncomfortable and items had been moved in our car. Also, car had been moved and wasn't easy to find which was a nuisance at 5:30 am after a 5 hour delay from on our way home.

Went from Bristol and met 4 friends in Stockholm who flew from Heathrow. My parking cost over twice what they paid for the same time. Other than the cost I can not fault anything and would have given a 10 but this time I'm really peeved!

All was OK except that when i received my car (Jaguar), the mirrors were folded and I could not unfold them. I did not notice that until I was on the motorway and did not know how to fix them. It seems that the person who drove my car changed the setting or did something that I was not aware of. This was so annoying and disturbing my driving back home which was at midnight. I only figured how to fix that next morning when I googled it online. they also changed the light setting from "Auto" to "Off". My complaint is that your drivers should not change any of the settings in the car, or at least they should leave a message to the owner of what they did and what to expect. I will never book on the Silver zone car park, Bristol airport again.

We arrived back to our car to find it had a completely flat tyre. Having left the car with no issues this was not what we expected especially with 4 brand new tyres on there. Somebody drove the car whilst obviously flat which may have tested in the wheel being damaged. It is currently in the garage being looked at. Staff were rude and dismissive. I will be speaking to customer service direct this week. Not at all what I expected!!!

Someone clearly was playing with my car , I had sport style tyres that somehow got used badly . Every one knows the car they drive and it is easily to notice when something got different. I wouldn’t make this comment if that was first time it happened but I had similar experience when I left the car last time .

Slick operation, quick to drop off and pick up car, friendly, efficient staff. The only things that were less than ideal was not enough room on busy buses for luggage, and poor signage to find the exit (signs too low so obscured behind cars, just need to be raised). Other than that, a good experience.

All went well. Bristol have updated their check-in/check-out facility and it is really professional and streamlined. On our return, finding the car is now much easier with improved bay numbers and directions. Would use again without hesitation.
