It was easy to find quite a long way to get back to the car with the baby in the middle of the night and staff not that polite. But staff on arrival were a bit better

Silver Zone Parking..Bristol Airport... Hi, Just wanted to know why..When I got back to Bristol Airport ( Saturday 29th December) you had moved my car to a different bay..Which I was`nt very happy about...I had parked in Bay CC1. For a reason, Because I have a Ford Galaxy, I knew that no one could park on the near side of my vehicle because it was on the end of the markings, I also parked their because I did`nt want my car damaged by other users of the car park...I E When they open their doors, on to my mine. When I get Back to Bristol AIrport. I was advised that you had moved my car from Bay CC1 to Bay CP 11...Finding the car..It was In between a Range Rover and Saloon car...and the way it was parked ..There was`nt hardly any space to open the drivers door, without hitting the Range Rover, That is why I had Parked, in CC1, I was given no reason as to why you had moved it.....and on arrival at the check in desk, to collect my key, the staff were pleasent and helpful.....other than that...it was fine.....Would I book this product again...Yes I would ...But only on the understanding...that I keep My key..and the vehicle is in the same place as to where I had left it. At peak times, it might be worth considering increasing the frequency of your buses. The bus we used seemed overcrowded even for such a short trip.

Expensive car parking for what it was. Car park ground was covered in pot holes / uneven ground and I ended up with a soaked trainer after stepping in a deep puddle in the dark. Quick shuttle bus trip the airport & not long to wait for it both ways. I'd use the Silver zone again if the price was right.

When I dropped the car off buses were one after the other with virtually no gap although very few travellers. When we got back - 27th December - there were crowds returning to the car park but fewer buses.

The hotel was fine in a good position,good room, not much of a view from the balcony. The food well!! not impressed the choice was limited regards the hot food, overall below average. there were no waitresses or waiters but table clearers!! Yes I would go back again knowing what to expect, and for the weather & position of the hotel.

Collected keys from reception told car was parked in same space as we had left it,walked over in heavy rain only to find car not there,tried to find our car in dark unsuccessful, returned to reception and was asked are you sure,they rechecked the key tag and nothing amended on there,another lady took my keys and went behind to discuss with another person they came back and said we will go and find,they then returned with our car asked how this had dampened advised it had been moved to another secure area,this took an additional 25 minutes

Taxi was 15 minutes late on arrival. After waiting 15 minutes for our pick up from our hotel for return to airport, I rang the number provided. When I spoke to the person on the phone he couldnt see our booking and said he'd ring back! 5 minutes later we had a text saying driver will be 5 minutes. He turned up 15 minutes later. They'd clearly forgotten.

We had to wait a little longer for the bus on our return journey than we would have liked. Also, late evening, you just want to get home, when we had to wait almost ten minutes at the reception area before our bus could pull into the car park, as we had to wait for another bus to move off. That seemed very bad.

Silver Car Park at Bristol Airport is always a fair priced, well organised and easy place to park when using the airport. It is as they say a "does what it says on the tin" service, staff are polite and helpful and the shuttle to the airport always runs regularly. Can't fault the service or value, would recommend.
