This was our first time using this parking facility and the email instructions were clear and easily followed. The whole operation was smooth and efficient and the staff were friendly and competent. Both checking the car in and getting out again was a speedy process. The only area for improvement- we were given a paper ticket for retrieving the car which we managed to keep safely but it would have given us peace of mind to have an electronic back-up on our phones. On retrieving our car it was a relief to see that it was in the same condition that we had left it.

The silver zone car park is easy to use, very close to the airport, the shuttle back and forth are very common and the staff at both the car park and shuttle are lovely.

The car park was very efficient and practical. I would make comparisons to our use of the Birmingham airport parking previously and I can attest that the Bristol facilities were much more convenient. The Bristol site had very good access to the airport itself with a quick transfer, and the return journey was terribly good also with several transfer buses being visible and ready for pick ups at the airports at all times.

As usual eeverything went very smoothly. Staff ensure each customer is processed quickly and the bus pulled up within minutes to takes to the airport. Also had the gold valet which was excellent and good value for money

All good, only negative was they said hey'd put our car close to the office (I have a toddler and heavily pregnant) but it was still quite a walk. They also put my handbrake on SO high it was really difficult for me to release it.

The return bus travel is usually an issue as there's always bedlam with a scrum of people basically not knowing what they need to do with their luggage. An extra bus would alleviate some of this concern

Location of car park well signed so easy to find and reception was quick and efficient, we didn`t have to wait long for a bus either way so all in all a painless experience, especially at the end of a holiday when all you want to do is get home.
