Bristol airport Silverzone parking. It worked quite well, although it was disconcerting to be told on arrival that there was no record of a reservation for my vehicle. Eventually the details were found and although the car park is further away from the terminal building than the truly ‘on site’ car parks, the cost saving makes it worthwhile.

We booked to collect car at midnight - as we were returning on sat 24 Aug; we knew there might be confusion about whether it was midnight 24 or 25 Aug so we spoke to staff when we checked the car in. She reassured us that she had adjusted our booking to make sure we could collect car in night of 24/25. But on returning they said we were a day early and we had to wait 30 mins to get our car back. Silver Line at fault because we had asked them to make certain we had pick up time for correct data, but your website is very confusing re timings that cross the midnight hour.

The whole process went very smoothly an excellent service. One thing that needs attention is the key return system, where 3 or4 of the staff are falling over each other to get us on our way. Maybe an automatic system could be devised whereby the exit gate pass could be issued at reception this would operate a vending machine type delivery of the key. Needs some thought.

Excellent apartment away from the strip. The apartment had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The resort had great facilities, the kids really enjoyed the aqua park and paddle boarding. Few shops and restaurants on site and a great ice cream store. Travelling into Vegas was straight forward and easy enough and Around a twenty five minute drive. Great swimming pool to cool down. Highly recommended.
