As soon as our luggage was collected we walked through to the exit and the silver zone bus was there waiting. It was seem less to the car park, key collection and finding our car. All happened within 15 mins of landing.

Arrangements on early morning departure worked ‘like a dream’ and went the smoothest we have ever experienced after 12+ occasions using the Silver Zone Car Park. On a lunchtime arrival, a week later, things were much busier and we all had to queue for several minutes to collect our keys - probably the longest wait we have ever experienced at this point!

Everything was very well organised! All staff were polite and efficient ! The only small criticism was we were offered and took up The Priority Boarding . There was none at Bristol Airport ! This was an unnecessary small expense!

Facilities are good, especially after the upgrade, everything went smoothly except that on the return at 02:00am approx 3-4 flights landed at the same time and well over people plus waiting for the coaches. This meant that we had to wait until a coach had taken passengers to the car park dropped them off and then returned.
