Using Holiday Extra online we were able to book a secure parking space away from the airport, and with their frequent transfer buses from the car park to the terminal, ment a hassle free start to our Holiday. We thank the helful and polite team of Holiday Extras.Craig Baker - a very happy customer.

Check-in and out at the parking zone went extremely smoothly. staff were very polite and helpful and were more than willing to go the extra mile. All in all a very pleasent experience. i can assure you i have used severla of the UK major airports and none were as efficent as yours. well Done!!!!!

We were delighted with the whole operation from beginning to end! The booking process was straightforward, directions were clear, the checking-in process professional and efficient, transfers were regular and 'door-to-door' and the retrieval of our vehicle was exceptionally quick (45 minutes from landing to starting our journey home!!) Part of the SilverZone car park was flooded but even at 4.30am there were 2 helpful staff redirecting us to Bristol Airport's Long Stay carpark at no extra charge - and there were no problems on my return today.
