It was the ease of driving my car in and just dropping the keys at reception and knowing that the car would be there ready for me when I got back. Also I am pleased to see that there is now extra security at the entrance where you take the cars photo, well done I will no doubt be back again next year.

Security at the entrance of the park was very reassuring as only registered persons would get in, the ease of getting on the bus to the airport and the pick up service was very good and well organised for the return to the car park on arrival back at bristol

The service was excellent, easy to book on line, and really good value for money. The shuttle bus service was on time, and all staff very pleasant and amiable, even when I arrived back a day early because of an error on my part, it was no trouble for them to locate my vehicle and bring it to reception for me.

We were very happy with the service and the honesty and integrity of your staff. My son left his MP3 player on the rear seat and it was still there when we returned, someone could have easily taken it.

It was so easy to park, book in and travel on the coach outwards and, after the holiday, jump on the coach back to the carpark and pick up the keys. Excellent!

Nice people at the desk to greet you. Nothing to much trouble. Courtesy bus spot on. Nohassle at all. This took the worry from me so i could enjoy my trip. Will use again. next time in march 07.

No messing around just drive in park your car and jump on the bus to the departure area.The same when we returned back the bus was there jump on and away you go to the car park.This was all payed for in advance so no messing about when you want to get of home.
