On arrivale at the airport car park at Bristol, there was a long queue (at 5am!!). Otherwise, the service was smooth and worked well. There was no queue on pick-up of the car on return which went very smoothly.

The service provided by silver parks wasn't quite as described as they did not park the vehicle so there was no need to leave the keys with them.

When we arrived, we were told to turn around and go to a different carpark, where we had to park the car ourselves instead. As we were already running late, and had 2 young children with us, this was frustrating. Other than this, it was ok.

I was disappointed with the state of my car when I collected it. It was spotless when I left it but came back covered in mud around the tyres, wheels and bottom of the car which made me wonder where it had been!

my car was parked in excellant bay on arrival, but when i returned, it was parked further away, why ? also ,would have paid to have car delivered to airport, this facility was not offered

although flight and flight staff were good, the policy on your flights for luggage varied from uk to usa,!!!! this is not acceptible and the chargs were outrageous!!!! as a fequent flier I fing this unaccetible policies, Very unhappy flier!!!!

Everything went smoothly. Staff friendly and helpful. Our battery didn't start on our return and two very helpful and cheerful members of staff were with us within about 10 minutes to get our car started. We will be using Holiday Extras next time. Things could not have gone any better from the moment we left the house. silver service parking at the airport was great and effortless. transfers from the airport to our hotel were great. no hanging around for rooms at the hotel just straight in. the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff extremely helpful at all times, we could not ask for any better. the choice of food was great and catered for everybody. lots to do around the hotel to keep the kids amused. loads of space and even a shopping mall for the wife. all trips out from the hotel were reasonable and could not be faulted. will recommend this holiday and resort to friends and relatives. thank you very much for a great holiday experience.

The Hotel, Best Western Mitte Berlin was excellent, excellent value for money (staff, cleanliness, breakfast) I would never have found this Hotel rate had it not been for this site.

On outward journey from Silver Zone bus stop I sat on the bus for 20 minutes waiting for the driver to go to the airport. At other UK airports there is a continous cycle of buses at much more frequent intervals. We were anxious we might miss our check-in as time was very tight!

Very pleased with all aspects, we only felt that the room we stayed in could really have done with a lick of paint & the furniture was bit tatty. The Hotel food & service etc made up for the room though. Would recommend to others.

very easy to reach the carpark and very helpful staff. we have a disabled child and were very kind that on our arrival they park our car where we can reach it fast and there was no need to walk far in the rain. i will definetly book this service again,thanks.

On return the car was as far away as possible from the reception centre, it would have been nice to have it within a short walk,I believe that moving the vehicles to a closer position to the reception building on the return date of the customer would be quite simple to achieve and would encourage the customer to use your service again

The Silver Zone Car Park was closed and we had to park in the Long Stay Car Park at the airport. This may sound like an advantage but we were miles from a bus stop and at 0015 in the morning it was no fun!! The return was the worst experience.
