We were even upgraded to the long stay car park at no extra charge because of work being carried out in the silver zone but every thing went very smoothly, clear instuctions given at the car park we will definatley use you again

we arrived at Bristol Silverzone at 6am to be personally told to drive to long-stay (right outside airport) for no extra cost. We got upgraded to a much better parking space... bonus!

when we arrived we were told that the silverzone was full,and that we would be upgraded to the long stay car park. we had to wait ages for a bus to transport us to the terminal. i would have preferred the silverzone parking

All round good service. Easy to use and access was very well laid out. We arrived to be greeted by friendly staff and once parked you are welcomed and directed to were your transfer will receive you and on return we only waited a brief period until our transfer returned us back to the vehicle collection terminal. The pricing was very reasonable and wil definately use the service again.

Everything was fine - our car was even moved near to the office for our return, which was great. Drop off and pick ups very regular so no need to squeeze onto a full bus as the next one was along within 5 to 10 minutes.

this booking was the 4th booking made with holiday extras for parking and airport hotels with parking. Each hotel and parking location have been 100% as described. have also looked on other providers sites but holiday extras have always been cheaper.

Bristol airport is not the easiest to find, but once at the airport the car park was easy to find and park. Booking in was a breeze and the transfer was reasonable. On our return the bus came within 15 minutes.

Outgoing sat on the bus for 20minutes until taken to the airport. On return had to wait for a bus as first bus was full. When collecting car keys i presented my barcode tag and waited 25minutes as staff could no locate my key overall a very poor service

Very good service. Only slight downsides were that we had to drive around the car park for quite a while on arrival to find a parking space, and when we came back to our car we had a long walk to it, which was difficult as I was on my own with heavy luggage

I felt that the wait upon my return at Bristol was too long. i.e. half an hour at 11.30 at night. The staff however were very friendly and helpful.

Very easy book in procedure, transport to/from airport was good. i liked the idea of taking photo's of the car on entry, saves problems later if there is any damage during storage.
