Frequency of transport to and from airport was excellent. No waiting at all! There are few things worse than arriving in the cold small hours and hanging around waiting for a car-park coach. Service was very impressive

On arrival with car parks so full it was quite a job to locate a space - some marshalls directing arrivals to spaces would have been very helpful. On checking out there was only one member of staff dealing with return of keys resulting in delays.

It was not clear that the car park was some distance from the airport terminal. Also there were so many people collecting cars at the same time we felt there should have been more buses, and more staff at the Silver Zone office.

Used parking facilities at Bristol Airport, checked in with no problems and car was ready for collection when we returned. In spite of what seemed like the whole plane using the same car park the key collection was relatively quick.

On the whole the holiday was very good, with the exception of breakfast which was a complete shambles, most mornings there was no cups, no glasses, no bread. The staff were doing its best to wash the dishes, but we felt they needed experienced supervision.

Holiday Extras website did not complete transaction. When the arrangement was eventually made by expensive telephone, the price had increased. The airport parking firm provided an excellent service.

Going out poor signs on arrival not clear where to park - some confusion. Car park close to airport. Bus good. Coming back - Bus waiting quickly back to car park. Wrong number had been put on my keys and they couldn't find my car. Staff very helpful.
