Very good service both outbound and on return. Especially pleased at no additional charge for 2-day extension on parking due to volcanic ash problems. It could have been an opportunity to cash in and that was a welcome touch.

After the cancellation because of the volcano cloud H.E. refunded my money when I re booked, when in their terms they did not have to. This is what I call customer service. Parking and return to car went smoothly as always. I always recommend them. Thanks

Firstly being disabled I was unable to park close to the reception when I asked about the disabled parking close to the reception I was told that was for collecting my car not dropping it off. When I arrived back my car had not been moved.
