Staff were fine and transport arrangements to and from airport were good. Only problem was getting between parked car and bus - it was a long way to walk carrying heavy baggage and no transport was provided as happens at some other airport parking. This was not helped by a sudden heavy rain shower!

Everything went just as smooth as the booking itself. The directions were spot on and the staff were all very helpful. Coming home was perfect as well as the pick up point was clearly labelled and the driver was very friendly as well.
