Excellent service. Bus transfer speedy, buses not overfull. Staff courteous and efficient. Maintenance/building work however meant that the drop off/pick up point was out of use. (A temporary difficulty only)

Arrived on 18.01.13 in heavy snow. Although no action taken to clear snow, 4x4 used to transport us to airport, which was closed. Bit chaotic in prioritising order for ferrying us to airport.

Very easy way to park at Bristol Airport. Registration recognition so no waiting on entrance or exit, helpful staff and the bus comes round every 5 minutes. The transfer to the Airport only takes a further 5 minutes and you can cut the price of Airport Parking at Bristol in half by using this Airport rather than the long or short stay car parks opposite the Airport entrance.

would have been nice if the silver service at bristol airport parking had cleared the snow off the car, it took me 20 mins or more!!!

Staff were very helpful deicing the car and digging us out when we came back to heavy snow. It's a good service having toilets in the car park office when people have driven for hours.
