I am a disabled person and I use an electric mobility scooter. The staff are always very helpful especially the coach drivers who are always at hand to help with the ramp.

Staff v.helpful, efficient.Breakfast v.good.Room clean,comfy bed.Nice and quiet. However there were signs of refurb needed..ageing fittings, little mould showing,odd marks on carpets.Disappointing that the pool was closed and that the spa was expensive and not included in the price. Bus shuttle was good value and on time. On the whole we enjoyed our stay but without the availability of pool and spa we would probably want to be in the city next time.
