Yes everything was fine, there was a wait for the bus to take you back to the car but the reason I think this happen was that a number of flights landed at around the same time and there was a delay at passport control and baggage area.

All went well, but rather a long queue when we arrived. However, the bus was there to take us to the airport immediately. There was a bus there on our return but it filled up quickly. We only had to wait a couple of minutes for the next bus, and quickly collected our car keys. I like the security, convenience and value for money of parking in the Silver Zone.

Car further away than I expected with a case and bag to drag along in rain, elderly lady on her own. Excellent reception, short wait for shuttle on return but on the whole good first experience.
