Totally satisfied. Staff in silver zone pleasant & efficient. When returned large queue for bus as several flights arrived together, but a 2nd bus came straight after.

Booking was easy. We arrived parked the car, noted the space area & number and went to reception gave in key. We were given a card to hand in on our return. The staff were very efficient and friendly. We then caught the bus to the airport. On our return we caught the bus to the carpark, handed in our card at reception. Our key was then returned and we were told were the car had been moved to. Very easy to find as the marking out of the area is very logical.

I returned from Turkey on Tuesday 20th October with my wife.This was our first holiday since November 2013 as I have been awaiting surgery. I got the all clear to fly last month however due to the major surgery I had undergone I am still very weak an unable to lift heavy things including suitcases. The driver was fantastic as he saw my wife struggling with our suitcases. He put the cases on the bus and also unloaded them for us. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Staff excellent, shuttle service good. bus driver even helped with my case as I am disabled. Only minor complaint is that car had been parked under trees and was covered in leaves and bird droppings with mud on the tyres. Had travelled 0.8 of a mile since drop off so where was it parked? All electric mirrors and seat had been altered. Nice to have returned them to original settings.

Very fast service. In and out of the office in a minute both leaving and collecting out car. Bus to airport was very quick and on our return there was a bus waiting. We were in our car within ten minutes of leaving the airport building. Thank you.
