Think about the age of the person traveling, I'm 65 and do not have a disable badge but do have a problem walking far pulling a heavy case, I don't think my car could have been further from the office and still been on site!

I have always used the Silver Zone Parking at Bristol and have always been very pleased with them. However this time my flight was delayed by 24 hours and when I returned I was told I would have to pay £7 for parking for the extra day. As you can imagine after all the stress and addition expense already incurred I would have thought the airport could have wavered this charge as it was hardly my fault the flight was cancelled. I feel very disappointed as I'm sure anyone would have been.

Can't be sure, but my car seamed to have a faint stale smell of cigarette smoke. My car has never been used by a smoker. I'm just hoping it was because it had been left for 10days.

It was horrendous on the 25th May we have never experienced anything like the total chaos at 5 am customers were cheating g the queues because they were so long and there were not enough transfer buses to the airport.

the arrival was chaotic. People were arriving for flights 4 hours ahead, holding up punctual people. we only just made our gate time after going through security. Upon return our car had been moved for no reason that your staff could give that made any sense at all

I am still not too sure what happens if the plane is delayed,I add a couple of hours on to my exit time to allow for this. Not clear exactly how this works

Everything was very good - my only comment is that the manner of staff on arrival was slightly brusque and the only other issue was that other passengers did not use the luggage spaces but kept their cases with them in the aisle which meant cramped conditions. Although this is the fault of the other passengers I believe the driver should be given more control and stricter rules.
