On arrival very helpful but was,not given a key pickup ticket .being it was the first time we used the facility we were,not to know we had to have one, this caused a bit of problem on return but has,not put us off the use of this facility again the attitude with one of your staff was not very professional we did,not like her attitude.

The reception staff were very helpful,recognising that although not disabled, that I ha walking difficulties and arranged for the car at pick up to be close. However although the bus to departure was fine, the return (and last time) was horrendous, long wait,frustrated passengers, no queue, pushing and shoving.

Pity you charged for 2 days extra parking after our flight home was cancelled at 16 hours notice by Easyjet and had difficulty getting home to an airport 200 miles away. Not very sympathetic.
