Car always seems to be parked miles away and I still struggle to get over the fact that the one time I had my car valeted it smelt of cats pee for over a year and I had mice nesting in it! I would definitely never valet there again and wouldn't recommend my friends doing it either. However, this trip went smoothly enough.

Everything west smoothly. If it had been raining when we picked up our car it would have been a very long walk to where the car was parked. It would help if the car had been moved back closer to reception on the day of return.

Drove into silver zone parked.went to office to book in very quickly straight on bus to airport. Very good service. On return came out of Arrivals bus waiting. Very good device.

I use the silver zone parking a lot - whenever I fly from Bristol and am really happy with the location. I did find the member of staff on my return to be rather short in her manner and dismissive - disappointing and not the reception I would expect.

When we arrived back at Bristol the bus driver was very rude, insisting I moved my case down the bus, but it is heavy and there isn't much room to do that without bashing it into other passengers. There aren't enough spaces for bags on the buses, and I really don't appreciate my arrival back in the UK starting with a rude bus driver!

Second time we have used Silverzone parking. All went smoothly, although on our return, the car was parked in zone X, which was a long walk from the office when I use a walking stick and the path was rough! Apart from that, thank you.
