Easy. Prebooked. Turn up. At barriers your number plate is scanned and ticket printed. Then just park and go. Keep your keys with you. Return to car and drive straight out. Could benefit from explicit instructions as to what to do with the printed ticket and that your keys are to be taken with you, as many parks you drop off your keys.

Everything went smoothly, and staff were friendly and helpful. Just one observation, drivers footwell was very muddy on collection due to heavy rain and poor carpark surface. Could a paper mat be put in prior to the car being moved by staff?
