Parking on arrival in the dark was a little confusing. Some cars seemed to ignore the temporary signs and drive nearer to the key drop off. In future I will drive to the key drop off and leave my bags with my wife, go and park the car and then walk back - avoiding having to carry heavy bags 2/3rds the length of the car park

Staff were excellent. Everything ran smoothly. Only criticism is the distance the car was from reception on return and having to wheel bags over a poor surface.

No problems with booking however, when we got back to the car to start it, the lights on the car had been left on by the staff when moving it. A good job the lights go off with no ignition on!!!

we have used SZ before but on this occasion our car was "mislaid" it had been moved when we we were away and the wrong lot number was recorded. Not appreciated after a 4 hour flight, late at night in freezing weather.The reception staff were adamant it was in the allocated lot, were not particularly bothered..we wanted to get home .. another 1.5 hour drive. Car eventually located by security after about mins and brought to us in reception. Staff shrugs.. "it happens" ... no it should not !! hence the low score on this time

There needs to be some supervision on boarding the bus at the Airport, it can be a bit of scrum with all the baggage and cases etc., and as you know, people want hog the door and not move down the bus, needs supervision, or a different design to the bus.

Your Road Painted direction signs need reps into getting URGENTLY. To a tired traveler the very UNCLEAR directions to the EXIT were very frustrating

Process was so simple arrived and parked the car in a numbered bay, took the key to reception and told them which bay the car was in and was done. Given a slip to confirm the parking and got on the shuttle bus straight away. The bus stops right outside the airport doors and we was picked up there too. After a 4 hour delay coming home it was lovely to see the shuttle waiting. Within minutes of getting our bags we had been taken to the silver parking area, retrieved our key and was on our way home. Will% be using this again and recommending to all!
