My car has been bumped my a member of the sliver zone staff. The passenger front side has been damaged so we are not happy customers.

We used the Silver Parking at Bristol airport. The service was brilliant. So easy to check-in and out on our return. Our flight was delayed. Even at 4am there were regular busses to the parking. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Fairly swiftly checked in and transported to the airport by helpful staff. Returning was also very quick both the bus transfer and collection of my car keys.

Quick and easy to do, cheaper than going direct with the airport parking website. Directions on how to get to the car park we well explained and our friends who have never flown from the airport found the car park with ease. Our flight was delayed by 6 hours on the way home meaning we arrived after our parking originally ran out and we’re told we wouldn’t need to pay a surcharge absolutely brilliant service!!!

Well organised and good communication staff on hand at terminal parking to help a novice also staff in the night time when we arrived late after a delayed flight long queues but went down very quickly and extra staff were on so overall the experience was good

The sat nav given led us into on airport parking and so we had to get help to get out without a ticket, but when we got to the Silver Zone the staff were helpful and the check-in easy - despite huge queues. One suggestion would be to organise queuing better to avoid congestion in the departure area.

Very easy to park & check in. Shuttle bus arrived within mins. Return not so good, big queue waiting outside the airport in the cold & rain, had to wait much longer for the bus & then it arrived & parked for another 10 mins before letting us on.

Going to park the car was abysmal we had to queue in the wind rain and a bit concerned we were going to miss the flight, although we had left lots of time, they were very short on staff

I arrived at Bristol Airport silver car park at approx 03:30 AM only to find a queue of around yards of people snaking around the car park waiting to book their vehicle in and get the bus to the Airport. It took us in excess of 45 minutes to book in. Unacceptable to be left in a queue of this nature and we were lucky the weather was good. I would not expect to be having to take a raincoat and umbrella to a beach holiday which may or may not be needed to book a car in prior to departure

Yes easy to get to easy to park and easy to check in with a very helpful man there to help. However on the retuning Journey The young man Paul and given the keys out was unhelpful and mumbled so couldn’t really understand what is said and felt I couldn’t ask him what he said

As always Holiday extra's service was brilliant. Parking at Silver Zone Bristol Airport went so smoothly. That is why i recommend Holiday Extra's to all my friends and Family. I also recommend your Transfers to and from Hotel, this service is always fast and efficient. NOTHING TO IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES ARE THE BEST AND WOULD recommend any other company, tried several others but no match for HOLIDAY EXTRA's

Booking in was easier than I expected for being automated. Smooth transfer to the airport. Key collection on our return was easy especially because of the car being brought close by.

I was given my keys back but was given a different parking bay to pick vehicle up from but it wasn't there however a young gent just coming into work asked if he could help and sorted it for us, thank you for your help.

Parked some distance from reception and had to wheel cases including partly unmade and stony path. Automated check in was not easy for instance you are asked for a bay number although I parked in an un-numbered compound and did not know what it was called! More frequent bus service would alleviate crushing on board and queues at the key pick up.

Unpleasant and unprofessional experience with the car collection at silver parking Bristol airport . I have sent a complaint and am waiting for a response. Customer service was terrible and had to wait nearly an hour for them to find my car . Would not recommend

Very easy to use this parking. Had to que for 20 mins to get into deposit keys due to how busy the parking was. Bus pick up & take to & from airport every 15 min. Key collection straightforward.

The dropping off of vehicle was fine. Collecting of vehicle was poor, no staff, only 10 of us in queue, no one seemed to know where keys were. Very poor and slow service

Bus driver was rude and wouldn’t let us on the bus-claimed it was full when it wasn’t. We then had to wait for another bus which took ages to come. When we then arrived at the parking there was a long queue to get our keys back. This made an already long and tiring day of travel even longer

We have used silver parking at Bristol airport before, but when we arrived at 3.30am there was a massive queue of people snaking around the car park. It took nearly an hour to get to the airport terminal. I think the delay was in dropping the keys off as we didn’t wait long to get on a bus. It would have been more stressful if our flight wasn’t delayed too. Perhaps you could warn people that it can be busy early in the morning due to all the flights leaving? We have another early flight in August and I probably wouldn’t use this car park again.

Airport transfer from Faro airport to Dona Filipa Hotel was over 45 minutes late arriving. No contact, no explination and no apology. Totally unaceptable when you gave my flight number, my flight time and my phone number. I pay extra and book a private transfer to avoid delays and hassle at the airport. You provided both. Would of been cheaper and quicker to get a taxi. So much quicker I would of actually been at my hotel before your vehicle turned up at the airport.
