The staff were fantastic. I got the roof jammed on my car a convertible, l had to leave to catch my plane, the guys managed to fix it, and phoned me to let me know everything was o.k. Fantastic service. Kindest regards Bryan Morfitt.

We have used sentinel parking for a few years now. We cannot get better service. The quickness and availability of the buses is excellent. This year they have changed the mini buses to coaches like other airport parking. I was a bit dubious but the drivers still loaded your cases and made sure they were stacked properly instead of customers doing it and taking priority of room for cases. The only difference I would say is a bit longer to get off when they are so many people to disembark. People tend to crowd around the doors and not move to one side so you can get into the reception area, but that is inconsiderate travellers not sentinel. Great service and staff always pleasant and helpful not like the grumpy staff at Manchester. I suppose they get fed up of same old same old but sentinel staff are wonderful.

promt service on arrival at car park and taken to the airport within a few minutes, on arrival back at the airport transport was there within a few minutes to take us back to the car park. I would recomend this car park as staff were efficient and friendly

Only problem we had was with the directions to find the place. Not being familiar with Leeds Bradford Airport and surrounding area we used our satnav and ended up at the Airport and had to pay for car park, then turn around and start again! Directions on booking confirmation could have been clearer
