Very helpful team @ Leeds Bradford site, we had a problem with our key fob and they helped us to get it sorted and made sure we were safe and not in any danger, providing hot drinks and help to contact the AA.

Hi Yes everything went smoothly and quickly. The transfer from the carpark to the airport and back was quicker than using the airport carpark. Great service throughout. The 0nly small point was the longish walk to the terminal and there was a lot of mud on the car carpets on the driver side when we picked the car up. Thanks. John

Everything ran smoothly until we came home to find we had been given somebody else's car receipt, wrong name,wrong return date, wrong car so when we did return our car wasn't ready to collect. Staff helpful but still bit annoying.

Everything went smoothly but it was unclear that you should offload before going to Reception. Also shuttle bus managed to set off with passengers luggage but not the passengers, had to turn back and pick them up and as a consequence passengers had to stand which didnt feel safe.
