The person on the reception desk was unhelpful and rude. All other staff were very nice the facilities were good excellent food and drink choices. We have used most of the lounges in the UK this was the most expensive

Transfer to the airport went very quickly and smoothly. Vehicle was waiting for us when departing and on arrival. Luggage was dealt with by helpful staff. Checking in and out was easy and swift.
