Sentinel car parking were very efficient. Transfer bus waiting when we arrived. Car handover processed within seconds so that we were able to catch it. The driver assisted my wife with 2 suitcases. Dropped off very close to terminal, so only a very short walk to departures. On return to the airport a bus was again waiting so we experienced no delay at all. Car pick was efficient. All staff we dealt with were very pleasant. I would definitely use again.

Our holiday was altered due to the Ukrainian war and when we tried to extend our booking your automation wouldn’t let me and when I tried to ring I was yes in the queue. In the end I contacted sentinel direct who were brilliant and in future that’s what I will do!! Very disappointed!

Excellent service, thank you. The price was good and the booking immediate although I did get pestered to book my parking (after I'd already done so) so there must be a glitch in the system. As always, Sentinel parking was excellent, efficient and punctual.

Not too long to wait for the bus to LBA. Return leg was seamless. Large number of people congregated near the bus before returning to their cars, as the vehicles were in a different place to when they were parked up.

Sentinel car park is very efficient and good value for money. However, I have to say that I wasted my money paying for Fast Track as the queues in the airport were a joke. They were short of staff in security and I waited at least 50 minutes before getting through. The people in the other "ordinary" queue were moving much faster than Fast Track and because of the delay people on imminent flights were being called through to the front of the queue. On this occasion there was absolutely no point or advantage in having a Fast Track queue
